I get asked questions about this type of data collection all the time and now there appears to be proof of it's use and existence. I have no personal verification of this story. I hope to share this information and hope you further educate yourself. Talk with your Representatives that will be voting to renew this program in December 2012. I do not think just talking to your reps will be enough so please share this information with others to do the same.
