• "Services" refers to all products, hosting, billing, and domain registration services we provide.
• "User" refers to any customer or visitor accessing our services.
• "Third-Party Services" include PayPal, Stripe, Virtualmin, SolidCP, and ResellerClub used for payment, hosting, and domain management.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into a binding agreement.

4. Account Registration

• You must provide accurate information during registration.
• You are responsible for maintaining account security.
• You must not share your credentials with others.

5. Payment & Billing

• Payments are processed through PayPal and Stripe.
• Subscription fees, invoices, and renewal charges are billed according to your chosen plan.
• Failure to pay may result in suspension or termination of services.

6. Domain Registration

• Domains registered through ResellerClub are subject to ICANN regulations.
• WHOIS information may be public unless privacy protection is enabled.
• You are responsible for domain renewal to avoid expiration.

7. Hosting & Server Management

• Hosting services provided via Virtualmin and SolidCP must comply with security policies.
• We reserve the right to suspend accounts violating our policies, including spam, illegal content, or unauthorized activities.

8. Prohibited Activities

You agree not to:

• Engage in illegal, fraudulent, or abusive activities.
• Violate intellectual property rights.
• Use our services to distribute malware, spam, or phishing attacks.
• Overload or disrupt our servers.

9. Service Suspension & Termination

• We may suspend or terminate accounts violating these Terms without prior notice.
• Users may terminate their accounts, but no refunds will be issued for prepaid services.

10. Limitation of Liability

• We are not liable for service interruptions, data loss, or third-party failures.
• We provide services "as is" without warranties of any kind.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold HELPSOLVE harmless from any claims arising from your use of our services.

12. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

• These Terms are governed by the laws of United States.
• Any disputes shall be resolved through arbitration or in the courts of United States.
